REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with our professional support services, you may request a refund by emailing support@entertaiwan.com. Please include a clear explanation of your request.

Refund Window:
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your payment confirmation. Requests after this period will only be reviewed in exceptional circumstances.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Full Refund (Less $2 USD Fee): If your Taiwan Arrival Card (TWAC) application has not yet been submitted to Taiwanese authorities, you’re eligible for a full refund minus a $2 USD processing fee or any applicable bank charges.

  • Non-Refundable Service Fee: If the TWAC has already been approved by the government, the service fee is non-refundable—unless the card was not delivered due to a processing error.

  • Denied Applications: If your application is rejected by the Taiwan government, the service fee remains non-refundable.

  • Force Majeure: Refunds due to uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters) will be considered on a case-by-case basis for approved TWACs.

Processing Timeline:
We will review your refund request within 3 hours and notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 hours. Depending on your payment provider, please allow up to 10 business days for it to reflect in your account.
